WHAT WE DO

Our Programs

All our programs are offered at no cost to clients and family members. We can do this thanks to the generosity of individual and company donors in addition to sponsorships and grants.

While the health benefits of the classes themselves are significant, the social component can be equally important; “How we feel” is part physical and part mental, and nothing helps the mental piece more than enjoying the company of our peers. Every month we offer a variety of programs designed to lift spirits and promote physical activity. We also host guest speakers to talk on subjects ranging from diet and relationships to breakthrough therapies.

Monthly Lunch N Learn

Our very own Susan Reynolds, RN MS Nurse Specialist provides education on hot topics such as pain management, cognition, stress management, new treatment options and much more. Guest speakers often join in to provide additional resources from the community.

MS Chair Yoga with Delanie

Chair Yoga has many benefits for people living with MS such as managing fatigue, reducing spasticity, improving balance and relieving stress. Chair Yoga offers short and simple practice that you can adapt to meet your current needs.

Delanie Davis is one of our very own who has lived with RRMS for 6 years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Health and Wellness Coach, and a Licensed Massage Therapist.

MS Chair Yoga is offered in person and virtually.
